Delete your BoostMate account

You can delete your BoostMate account (app published by BoostMate) and its data at any time, directly in the app or by writing to us.

From the app

Open BoostMate and go to the Profile tab.
Tap the settings icon at the top, then My account.
Tap Delete my account and confirm with your password.

Without access to the app

Write to us at contact@boostmate.fr from your account’s email address, with the subject “Account deletion”. We delete your account and confirm the deletion within 30 days at most.

Data deleted

Deletion is permanent. The following are deleted:

your account (email address and password);
your player profile: username, player ID, bio, photo, games, ranks, availability, date of birth;
your swipes, matches and private chats;
your team messages, and the teams you created;
your photos and the images you sent;
your game accounts and your verified rank;
the “Good mate?” reviews you gave, your posts and your replies to posts;
your notification identifiers and the warnings you received.

Data kept

Reports you made, or that concerned you, are kept without any link to your account, for the safety of the community. No other data is kept.
